A Selection Of Some 3D Models That I Have Made

BD-1
A model of BD-1 from Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. Based on the concept art by Jordan Lamarre-Wan. For this project, I created the model in Maya, added extra details in ZBrush, and textured with Substance Painter. The model also has a rig for posing and creating simple animations. Did I go through this whole creation process just so I could have a cute animated profile picture on Discord...? Maybe...
Nessie
Truly the most formidable opponent in all of the Apex games, Nessie takes no prisoners.

A model of Nessie from Apex Legends. This is the first model I've made completely in ZBrush. It was a fun experience using the different features of the software, but my biggest takeaway from the ordeal was realizing just how much more I need to learn to become proficient in ZBrush. I look forward to getting to spend more time with it in the future. As I planned to render using Redshift, this project also introduced me to the workflow of using displacement maps to enhance detail at render time. Definitely a fun project that I learned a lot from and got an amusing wallpaper out of in the end!






Gonk
A model of everyone's favorite trashcan, Gonk. This was a fun little project that I worked on between semesters and finished during reading break. Based on Marcus Fritze's model from Star Wars Battlefront II (2017).
"Warfighter" helmet
A model of the helmet from the "Warfighter" rig from Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. The whole aesthetic of that game is something that has really stuck with me. I really like its interpretation of future technology, and how it manages to make things both familiar, but clearly far more advanced than what we have today. This model was created in Maya, textured in Substance Painter, and then rendered with Redshift.






Duck
A friend of mine asked me if I could make a model of a duck. I'm not really sure why, and when I asked him he just q̶u̶a̶c̶k̶e̶d̶ muttered something about appeasing our future avian overlords. This was a fun project done as a de-stressor during exams week.
Blue Spirit Mask
A model of the Blue Spirit mask from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Modeled in Maya, and textured and rendered with Substance Painter.
